At the time I finally found Agency One I had just about ran out of options I had reached out and signed up with 4 other Insurance Companies, last one told me if I bought this $681.00 water detector he could guarantee me insurance because I was showing good faith and 1 by 1 I was denied insurance! The last company that denied me was gracious even to give me the number of an independent insurance agent, finally gave me several numbers of companies that might be able to help, luckily for me I started with the A in the list. When I called Monique Avila answered the phone, right away she made me feel that she could help me, she has a very calming personality and she told me she was pretty sure she could help me, but by now I wasn’t sure but after about an hour she reached back out to me and I started the journey of finally having insurance. Monique was my life saver and from that moment on I felt I was in good hands! Her sensitivity and care she gave me was a godsend! I will always recommend Agency One because of Monique and how she was there for me in a very desperate time for me! Thank you Monique you have been a joy to work with! If you company could send me some calling cards I would love to pass them to people I know who would need your help! You are so lucky to employe people like Monique, she will always do her best to let her customers know they are in capable hands and your company is the best!
